Safe Haven Group in Nottingham is seeking a Senior Residential Childcare Worker to lead shifts and ensure high-quality care for children in our homes. You will supervise residential care practitioners, implement care plans, and promote a therapeutic environment.

You will work full-time on-site, with a 174-hour monthly contract and additional sleep-in duties. A clear path for professional development is provided, including leadership mentoring and QCF Level 5 opportunities.
