Lead Residential Childcare Supervisor (LD)

Cumulus Care Services in Grantham is seeking a proactive Team Leader for a new children’s residential home. You will guide a team of residential support workers, model best practice, and ensure high standards of care and safeguarding for children aged 8–18 with learning disabilities.

The role includes staff supervision, rotas, training, and liaising with external professionals. You’ll work evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, with a sleep-in allowance.
