Senior Early Years Lead & EYFS Mentor (West London)

UCM Education are seeking a Senior Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery setting in London. You will support daily operations, mentor team members and ensure high standards of care and education in line with EYFS. The role may suit a Senior Practitioner or Room Leader taking on leadership responsibilities.

Applicants should have strong Early Years experience, a solid EYFS understanding, and the confidence to lead and support colleagues while maintaining safeguarding and nursery policies.
