Independence at Home: Care & Support Specialist

Denbighshire County Council is seeking an Independence at Home Care and Support Worker to help residents stay in their own homes and remain active in their communities.

You will provide practical support with daily living tasks, personal care where appropriate, and coordinate with other local services to promote wellbeing and safety at home.

Experience in domiciliary care or a compassionate, person-centred approach is valued, with commitment to helping people maintain independence.
