Job Description:
Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is recruiting for a complex care position to support clients with long-term conditions in their own homes. You’ll work in a two-person team on double-up care packages, following detailed clinical care plans and recording care activities.
We provide extensive training, 24/7 on-call clinical support, and opportunities to develop specialist skills in complex care. A right to work in the UK and minimum UK care experience are required.
