Riverside is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Ark House team in Stroud. You will provide practical and emotional support to customers, help them access services, manage benefits and budgeting, and work towards tenancy readiness.
The role requires resilience, empathy, and the ability to maintain records and collaborate with external agencies. You will work a 37.5-hour week on a 2 weeks rolling rota that includes weekends and Bank Holidays.
