Microbiology Lab Assistant — Rotational, Early/Late Shifts

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 2 Medical Laboratory Assistant for the Microbiology/Serology Department at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The role is full time (37.5 hours) with a rotating shift pattern from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, plus weekend rotas.

You will support qualified Biomedical Scientists and rotate across specimen reception, processing samples and other lab tasks. Experience in science or computer literacy is useful; no specific qualifications are required.
