Community Nurse Associate – Mental Health & Physical Checks

Pennine Care is seeking a Nurse Associate to perform physical health checks and support depot medication in the community and clinics. You will work with the Early Intervention and Treatment teams, delivering high-quality care in patients’ homes and clinic settings.
