Term-Time Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (Field-Based)

The Dare2Dream Foundation seeks a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner for a term-time role across Warwick and surrounding areas. You will deliver 1:1 support in homes, schools and community settings, assess needs, and develop tailored plans in partnership with families and agencies.

This field-based position requires regular travel and is limited to 41 weeks per year, offering flexible scheduling to support children and young people’s mental health and life opportunities.
