Senior Community Psychiatric Nurse — Older Adults (Band 6)

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse for the Band 6 CPN post within the Older Adult Charnwood CMHT. The post involves maintaining a clinical caseload, delivering assessments and treatment, and contributing to recovery-focused care in a multidisciplinary environment.

You will visit patients in their homes and communities, run team base clinics, and demonstrate high-level nursing interventions. A full UK driving licence and car use are required.
