Independent Living Support Specialist

Codi Group in Lampeter, Wales, is seeking a full-time Floating Support Worker to join our Connecting People Service in Ceredigion. You will provide community support to adults (18+) with mild learning disabilities, helping with housing, mental health, and other complex needs.
