Therapeutic Residential Care Worker (Children 5-18)

YMCA Robin Hood Group operates residential homes for children aged 5–18 and is seeking Residential Care Workers to provide vital care and support across multiple sites. You will help create a safe, nurturing home and deliver therapeutic care to children who have faced adversity.

Role involves long shifts, sleep-ins, and weekends with a robust training plan and funding to complete level 4 Residential Childcare. A driving licence and enhanced DBS are required.
