Highways Maintenance Operative – Outdoor Work, Day/Night Shifts

Kier Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Highways Maintenance Operative to join our Kier Transportation team across Area 4 depots. The role offers 40 hours per week, a day or night shift, with a rotating night requirement and hourly pay of £13.45–£15.83 plus overtime.

Based at Weatherhill Depot, Ford Depot or Marley Lane, you’ll support essential maintenance of the local road network, operate light plant, assist with drainage, kerbing and surfacing, and help with safety and site duties.
