Shuttering / Formwork Carpenter / Joiner

Location: Ipswich

Pay Rate: £21.11 per hour PAYE

Please note, Lodge is not available for this role.

We’re looking for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter to start in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Build and assemble formwork for concrete structures.
• Position and secure formwork using tools like hammers, nails, and braces.
• Install and tie steel reinforcement (rebar) as needed.
• Collaborate with concrete workers, steel fixers, and site supervisors.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS in relevant field (essential)
• Manual Handling (preferred)
• PVM or Red Zone Training (preferred)
• CV (essential)
