Reliability Engineer: Bakery Plant Maintenance & Improvement

Finsbury Food Group is seeking an engineer to join a cross-functional maintenance team. You will perform planned maintenance, repairs and improvements across production plant, equipment and building infrastructure to support safe, reliable and efficient bakery operations.

You will carry out inspections and documentation, use CMMS tools to track work and maintain reorder levels. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, reliability and waste reduction in a manufacturing environment.
