The Access Project is hiring a part-time HR Operations Coordinator (maternity cover) to support HR and People operations. This role offers home-based work with travel to Birmingham or London, reporting to the Head of People within Strategy, Finance & Operations.
Responsibilities include maintaining HR records in BambooHR, handling onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and staff liaison, with a focus on compliance and efficient operations.
