Part-Time HR Generalist — Manufacturing People & Culture

Brampton Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced, part-time HR Generalist to join our busy HR team at the Stoke-on-Trent site. You will provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring policies and employment law are applied consistently.

The role requires CIPD Level 5, 3–5 years in HR, strong communication and organisational skills, and a willingness to travel to other sites.
