Pay & Reward Analyst – Pay, Job Evaluation & Data

Imperium Resourcing is recruiting a Pay and Reward Officer to join the HR and Organisational Development team within a Local Authority. The role focuses on pay, grading and job evaluation across a large, complex organisation, ensuring accurate pay and reward information.
