Care Home Social Care Worker (Elder & Dementia)

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is seeking a dedicated care worker to provide personal care, emotional and practical support to individuals in a Registered Care Home setting. You will assist older people, and those with dementia or disabilities, ensuring a homely atmosphere that upholds dignity and wellbeing.
