HR Process & Data Specialist (36-Hour Week, Flexible)

Airbus Belfast Limited is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to become a core member of our HR department in Belfast. This role supports HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Learning and Compensation & Benefits across the site, embedding in HR in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will master key HR processes, help deploy projects, manage attendance data, assist with recruitment campaigns and onboarding, and contribute to People Strategy and performance cycles.
