HR Operations Coordinator — Remote (Maternity Cover)

The Access Project is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator for maternity cover to support HR and People operations across the organisation. The role focuses on delivering excellent support through strong relationships and ensuring accurate records in BambooHR.

You will work with the Strategy, Finance and Operations team, coordinating HR processes, training managers, and managing onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and benefits administration. This is a part-time fixed-term contract.
