Somerset Skills & Learning is seeking a part-time Recruitment and Onboarding Officer in Bridgwater. You will drive learner recruitment, onboarding, and CIAG, building strong relationships with schools, partners, employers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth learner journey.

You will promote apprenticeship opportunities, manage vacancies via the Digital Apprenticeship Service, and support learners through enrolment and onboarding, contributing to positive regional outcomes.
