This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business, working within a welcoming boutique environment and providing an exceptional customer experience in Central Bath.
Full time and part times positions available:They are open to students who are currently studying, working on a part time basis of 20 or 24 hours per week, providing you are able to commit to their busy Christmas period during the non-term period. A graduate or customer service professional working full time hours – looking to develop their skills and progress in a commercial space.
Immediate starts available – open to all retail, hospitality and customer service backgrounds.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing a warm, friendly and personalised service to every customer.
- Building strong product knowledge and confidently talking customers through the range of products available.
- Understanding customers’ needs and making thoughtful recommendations, including gift ideas and product suggestions.
- Processing sales and operating the till accurately.
- Supporting with stock replenishment and ensuring products are presented to a high standard.
- Assisting with in-store promotions and contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience.
YOU WILL HAVE:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environments – students and full time applicants.
- A friendly, confident and approachable personality with a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Salary – £13.60 per hour following successful completion (£13.00 per hour during probation)
