Revenues & Benefits Systems Specialist

Coventry City Council is seeking a Systems Support Officer for the Revenues and Benefits Service. The role focuses on supporting and developing the systems used across Revenues & Benefits, with emphasis on Housing Benefits.

You will work with operational teams, system suppliers and stakeholders to ensure systems remain accurate, resilient and aligned with business needs. You will investigate issues, analyse data, test changes, and support continuous improvement while maintaining high standards
