Life Services Group through its Dignity brand seeks an IT Service Desk Engineer in Maidenhead to keep colleagues connected and productive. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, providing professional support and diagnostics to ensure systems run smoothly.

You will diagnose problems, log incidents, and own tickets through to resolution, using Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, AD and remote desktop tools. On-site duties and a focus on service levels are key.
