Job Description:
Chalkline, a Focus Group company, is looking for a 1st Line Technical Analyst in Borehamwood to join the Service Operations team. You will handle inbound tickets and calls on the Service Desk, delivering excellent customer service to our clients and supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, and networking tools.
You’ll also monitor alerts, perform preventative maintenance (backups, patching, disk space), and work with the latest Microsoft technologies.
