Hybrid IP & Commercial Paralegal

Confidential, an educational establishment in central Manchester, is seeking a Paralegal to join its in-house legal team. The role offers hybrid working with two days per week from home and focuses on IP commercialisation, corporate transactions and commercial contracts.

You will draft and manage a range of legal documents, assist with IP due diligence, review contracts and funding agreements, and maintain accurate records while working both independently and with colleagues and stakeholders.
