Customer Experience & Revenue Growth Executive

St Austell Brewery is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to deliver a first-class level of service to Free Trade customers, business partners and Managed Pubs. The role combines customer service with a commercial mindset to maximise sales, retain accounts and resolve queries quickly.

You’ll work with Sales, eCommerce and field teams to drive revenue and long-term relationships, manage a telesales diary, promote products, and support targets and daily call volumes.
