M I R A L.L.C is seeking a Head of ML / Head of Quant Research to own and scale machine learning trading strategies in crypto markets (Spot / Perpetuals). You will take over a live production ML trading system and lead a dedicated research team.
The role combines hands-on development with strategic leadership: design, backtest, and deploy profitable models, optimize execution, and shape the research roadmap while coordinating across researchers and engineers.
