We are partnering with a growing pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Director of Value & Market Access to lead its Rare Disease market access strategy across the UK & Ireland.

This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to shape market access strategy, support upcoming product launches and work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UK & Ireland pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies.
• Lead NICE and SMC submissions and national payer negotiations.
• Drive market access activities for upcoming rare disease launches.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEOR and Commercial teams.
• Influence senior stakeholders and represent Market Access at leadership level.

Requirements

• Essential: Proven experience taking a rare disease product through NICE and SMC.
• 5–7+ years of pharmaceutical market access experience.
• Strong HTA submission, pricing and reimbursement expertise.
• Experience supporting rare disease product launches.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
