Senior Civil Engineer

Overview

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will shape infrastructure design and master planning for a fast-growing consultancy. You will work on diverse projects such as highways, drainage, and SuDS, applying modern design software and industry best practice. Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure design to support master planning and project development
• Apply knowledge of the Highways Act 1980, Water Industry Act 2004, Land Drainage Act, and other statutory instruments
• Design drainage and highways solutions in line with design codes and SuDS principles
• Produce high-quality designs using Autodesk Civil 3D, Infraworks, InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, Site 3D, PDS, and Flow
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical support

Key requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• professional qualification (CEng, IEng, MICE, AMICE, CIWEM, CEnv)
• Strong communication and management skills
• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure projects
• Confident using civil engineering design software and embracing new technologies
