to support a growing portfolio of residential properties across the UK.This is a genuine
long-term contract opportunity , providing ongoing work year after year with a guaranteed pipeline of projects. The role offers flexible home-based working, regional site visits, and access to a state-of-the-art fire risk assessment software platform, allowing assessors to efficiently complete and submit reports.The RoleAs a Contract Fire Risk Assessor, you will undertake Fire Risk Assessments across a variety of residential properties, providing practical fire safety advice and ensuring assessments are completed in line with current legislation, guidance and industry best practice.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake Fire Risk Assessments across residential property portfoliosCarry out site inspections and provide practical fire safety recommendationsDeliver clear and compliant fire risk assessment reportsIdentify solutions to fire safety and compliance issuesLiaise directly with clients and stakeholders on fire safety mattersProvide competent fire safety advice in line with current legislation and guidanceSupport the preparation of fire safety documents, policies and proceduresKeep up to date with changes to legislation, standards and best practiceRequirementsTo be successful in your application, you must have:Tier 2 (Intermediate) or Tier 3 (Advanced) Fire Risk Assessor registrationProven experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments on residential propertiesStrong understanding of current fire safety legislation and guidanceExcellent report-writing and communication skillsThe ability to work independently and manage your own workloadA professional and client-focused approachThe ability to successfully pass a technical competency interviewAvailable three days per week on siteWhat’s on Offer? xrnqpay Day rate of £300-£375 , depending on experienceLong-term contract with ongoing guaranteed work year after yearHome-based working with regional site visitsFlexible working arrangementsAccess to a market-leading fire risk assessment reporting systemEstablished annual programme of work with excellent contract longevityOpportunity to work with recognised housing providers and residential property clientsPAYE Option AvailableFor individuals who would prefer a permanent position, our client is also offering
