Who were looking for
As part of our Compliance and Investment team, you’ll lead the delivery of active fire safety programmes, ensuring systems are inspected, maintained and replaced effectively. You’ll manage contractors, compliance activities and investment programmes, helping to keep our customers safe and homes compliant.
You’ll act as our technical lead for active fire systems, providing specialist advice on fire alarm, emergency lighting and smoke control systems. Youll be confident, reviewing inspection reports, certifications and technical recommendations, knowing when to challenge recommendations and ensure actions are taken while managing compliance risks. You will provide assurance that records, certifications and evidence are accurate and readily available for audits, inspections and regulatory reviews.
You will have significant experience managing active fire safety systems, compliance contracts or maintenance programmes within social housing, residential property or a similarly regulated environment. You’ll have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards, alongside the confidence to manage contractors, make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. You’ll be highly organised, collaborative and customer focused, with the ability to build effective relationships with a genuine commitment to keeping customers safe and delivering excellent outcomes.
