Who were looking for
As part of our Compliance and Investment team, you’ll help keep customers safe by carrying out fire safety inspections, operational testing and assurance activities across our homes and buildings. You’ll play a key role in identifying risks, reporting concerns and supporting compliance programmes
Working closely with residents, contractors and colleagues, you’ll support access arrangements, help promote fire safety awareness and assist with resident communications. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring inspection records, compliance information and remedial actions are maintained accurately using our digital systems.
You’ll also support the management of Higher-Risk Buildings through monthly inspections and help ensure our fire safety responsibilities are delivered in line with regulatory requirements.
You will have experience of carrying out property, compliance or fire safety inspections within a housing, property management or similar environment, with the ability to identify defects, assess risks and escalate concerns appropriately. Youll be confident managing inspection records and compliance information using digital systems and be able to apply a risk-based approach to prioritising activities and resources to ensure compliance and maintain the safety of our residents.
A full UK driving licence is required, along with a proactive approach and a commitment to keeping our customers safe.
