Our client is a globally recognised art and design studio based in London, working across sculpture, collectible design and luxury interiors. Its work has been shown alongside leading galleries at major international art fairs, and it counts notable collectors and respected institutions among its clients. The studio is led by artists and creatives, and it is now entering a new phase of growth with the launch of a new product offering alongside its bespoke work.

The opportunity

We are seeking a senior Business Development Director to lead this next stage. You will be the commercial face of the studio, building partnerships with architects, interior designers, collectors and family offices, and opening up new markets for the business.

What you’ll do

• Lead business development and build strategic partnerships across the architecture, interior design and UHNW communities
• Represent the studio externally with credibility, discretion and polish
• Drive meaningful, sustained revenue growth as the studio broadens its offering

About you

• 12 to 15 years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships in a luxury, art or design-led environment (for example auction houses, galleries, luxury products or jewellery)
• Established relationships within the UHNW, architecture or interior design worlds
• A strong track record of growing revenue, with entrepreneurial or business-building experience viewed positively
• A genuine appreciation for craft, creativity and artistic process
