Copius Group is seeking an experienced and commercially focused General Manager to lead and grow our recruitment business operations across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded professional who thrives on winning business, driving performance and building high-performing teams.
As we continue our rapid expansion within the power generation, renewables, data centres, marine services, engineering and infrastructure sectors, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of our growth journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving profitable revenue growth across contract, temporary and permanent recruitment services.
- Taking oversight of and leading recruitment, resourcing, account management and compliance teams.
- Winning new business and building long-term strategic client partnerships across the UK and Europe.
- Taking ownership of commercial performance, margins, forecasting and operational delivery.
- Developing and executing growth strategies across key sectors including engineering, construction, energy, data centres and infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For
- Senior leadership experience within recruitment, workforce solutions, labour supply or technical staffing.
- A proven track record of securing new business and growing existing accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margins and profitability.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
- Knowledge of engineering, construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure or data centre sectors.
