Senior FC – Dev & Construction | Power BI & AI

EarthStream Global seeks a Senior Financial Controller for Development & Construction in Swindon, with up to two days travel monthly to Essen and Utrecht. The contract runs 02/11/2026 to 01/11/2027, Inside IR35.

You will coordinate planning, forecasts and management reporting, and modernise processes using Power BI and AI/Copilot. Key focus areas include Capex/Devex analysis, liquidity planning, and presenting CFO-level dashboards to senior management.
