Autonomous Primary Care Mental Health Nurse

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced NMC registered Mental Health Nurse to work in Warrington across several GP surgeries. Core hours are 9am–5pm; travel between sites is required to deliver timely mental health support in a Primary Care setting.

You will assess and support patients with moderate to severe mental health needs, bridging primary and secondary care, and working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
