We need a Head of Operational Excellence to ensure seamless, predictable, and continuously improving operations for our customer across all functions.

In this role, you will act as an organisational integrator, ensuring processes, knowledge, certifications, and cross-functional ways of working are coherent, efficient, secure, and continuously improved.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Operational leadership experience within the technology or security sectors.
• Track record of leading cross-functional transformation and continuous improvement programmes.
• Experience overseeing certifications, audits and compliance frameworks
• Experience implementing AI-enabled business processes or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
