Tewinbury Group is seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Commercial to lead our finance function across its Hertfordshire sites. You will partner with the family board and leadership team to drive profitability, control, and strategic decision-making.
Role is site-based, full-time, 40 hours per week, with a ~15% profit-based bonus. Candidates with hospitality finance leadership in hotels or multi-site venues are preferred.
