Business Analyst | Wealth Management | Outside IR35 Contract
We’re working with a leading Wealth Management business undergoing a significant business transformation programme and have an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team on an initial 3-month rolling contract.
This role is expected to run for over a year and offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping future business processes, operating models, and ways of working across the organisation.
Importantly, this is not a technical Business Analyst position. We’re looking for a business-focused BA who can engage with stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and help define the future state operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements across multiple functions.
- Map current and future state processes.
- Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOMs).
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Support business readiness and change activities throughout the programme lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management.
- Strong business process mapping and optimisation experience.
- Experience supporting the design and delivery of Target Operating Models.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging existing ways of working.
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Contract: Initial 3-month rolling contract
Start: ASAP – candidates should preferably be immediately available or max 2 week notice period.
