Senior Data Engineer – AI Finance Platform (Remote + Equity)

Arrows is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own the data layer for an AI finance platform. This remote-first role supports data pipelines that feed a graph and vector store, with London or Amsterdam-based team interactions.

You will implement production-grade Python ETL/ELT, connectors for Snowflake and ERP, and design scalable data models. Start hands-on and eventually mentor a data team while shaping architecture under the CTO.
