AI-Driven Roastery Operations Leader

Caravan Restaurants is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to lead our end-to-end roastery operation in North London. You’ll own planning, production, procurement, fulfilment and customer experience, building a scalable, cost-conscious operation that delivers exceptional quality and service across our roastery, Brew Bars and restaurants.
