• Business Change / Service Design
  • Deliver organisation-wide change (operating model, processes, ways of working)
  • Lead implementation of transformation initiatives (not just design)
  • Coordinate across HR, Comms, Training & Operations
  • Strong stakeholder management – able to influence and challenge
  • Experience in restructures, business change, process implementation
• Technical Programme Manager
  • Lead end-to-end tech implementations (Source-to-Pay / procurement systems)
  • Manage full delivery lifecycle (build → test → deploy)
  • Drive change management, business readiness & adoption
  • Work across procurement, finance & operations stakeholders
  • Strong blend of technical delivery + business change
• What we’re looking for
  • Proven programme/project delivery experience
  • Strong stakeholder & change management experience
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stream programmes
  • Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
