Work Setup

Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office (during reporting periods it can be 5 days a week)

What you’ll do

• Prepare and review note disclosures for annual and interim financial statements
• Ensure reporting processes operate effectively and adhere to strict deadlines
• Support monthly group consolidations, budgets, and forecasts
• Advise on technical accounting matters and IFRS compliance
• Contribute to finance projects and system enhancements within HFM
• Provide training and guidance on accounting developments

What you bring

• Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent), ideally trained within Big 4 or a listed organisation
• 5+ years post-qualified experience in financial reporting and consolidation roles
• Excellent understanding of IFRS and technical accounting
• Experience using HFM (Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to share-based payments and intercompany eliminations desirable
• Experience in the mining or natural resources sector beneficial
