Patient Safety Clinical Lead: Quality & Learning

Black Country Integrated Care Board invites applications for a Patient Safety Clinical Lead to drive safety, quality and improvement across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. The role provides clinical leadership for patient safety, incident management, investigation oversight and system learning.

You will review safety data, identify risks, support PSIRF, and partner with providers and clinicians to deliver reductions in harm and better outcomes through governance and learning.
