Project Manager – Financial And Medical Construction

• Manage financial-sector construction projects from planning through completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Drive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Track record delivering banking, financial, or healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
