Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for the opportunity to take full ownership of a significant building project?
A well-established UK construction business is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major construction scheme in Thetford. This is a key leadership position where you’ll act as the principal site lead, taking responsibility for programme delivery, commercial performance, quality, health & safety, and client relationships from project commencement through to successful completion.
The Opportunity
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale construction project from mobilisation to handover.
- Manage and develop site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive programme performance, cost control, risk management, and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners.
- Influence key project decisions and deliver successful outcomes across all aspects of the project lifecycle.
About You
- Proven experience operating as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager within a main contractor environment.
- Track record of leading construction projects valued at £10m+.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working under NEC forms of contract would be advantageous.
