Export Compliance Officer – Trade Controls (AI Hardware)

Fractile is seeking a skilled Export Compliance Lead to build and maintain our trade compliance framework as we scale. You will own export controls for the UK, US, and other jurisdictions, manage ECCN classifications, and drive licensing processes for fast-moving hardware operations.

You will lead audits, screening workflows, and regulatory engagement while partnering with engineering and commercial teams to embed compliant practices across the global supply chain.
