Strategic Interim HR Consultant – Hybrid London

Michael Page is seeking an Interim HR Consultant for a housing association in London. You will support the delivery of the People Strategy, work on employee engagement, performance management, talent and workforce planning, and lead change management initiatives in a multi-site, hybrid environment.

The role requires the ability to start at short notice and manage complex employee relations casework, with housing sector experience desirable.
